Net Coach mobil uygulaması (kısaca "Uygulama"), öğretmenlerin öğrencilerinin sınav hazırlığını takip ettiği bir çalışma-takip uygulamasıdır. Arka uç Google Firebase üzerinde çalışır. Uygulamada üç rol vardır — öğretmen, öğrenci ve veli — ve her rol yalnızca kendisiyle ilgili kayıtları görür.
Hesap: e-posta adresi ve parola (Firebase Authentication tarafından yönetilir; parolayı biz göremeyiz), ad, rol.
Öğrenci kaydı: öğrencinin adı, gireceği sınav (YKS/LGS), sınıfı, alanı ve ders listesi. Bu kaydı öğretmen oluşturur.
Çalışma kayıtları: hangi ders ve konuda ne kadar süre çalışıldığı, çalışılan gün.
Ödev ve dökümanlar: öğretmenin yüklediği PDF dosyaları (Firebase Storage) ve öğrencinin ilerleme durumu.
Denemeler: deneme tanımı, öğrencinin işaretlediği cevaplar ve sunucunun hesapladığı net/doğru/yanlış sonuçları. Cevap anahtarı sunucuda ayrı ve kapalı tutulur; öğrenci onu ancak kendi kâğıdını gönderdikten sonra görebilir.
Bilgilendirmeler: öğretmenin öğrenciye ve/veya veliye gönderdiği kısa bilgi notları. Bu akış tek yönlüdür: alıcı bu kanaldan yazı gönderemez, tek eylemi "okudum" demektir.
Ödeme defteri: öğretmenin kendi kaydı için girdiği ücret ve tahsilat satırları. 🔴 Uygulama para tahsil etmez; kart bilgisi istenmez ve saklanmaz. Bu bölüm öğrenciye kapalıdır — yalnız öğretmen ve veli görür.
Bildirim için cihaz kimliği: push bildirimi gönderebilmek için cihazın bildirim adresi (FCM token). Bildirim izni verilmezse Uygulama tümüyle çalışmaya devam eder.
Bildirim izni. Öğretmen ödev, deneme ya da bilgi gönderdiğinde haberdar olmanız için. Vermezseniz uygulama tümüyle çalışır; yalnız bildirim almazsınız.
Fotoğraf/dosya izni (yalnız iOS'ta sorulur). Öğretmen ödeve PDF eklerken sistemin dosya seçicisi açılır ve yalnız PDF gösterir; uygulamaya yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz dosya ulaşır. Uygulama fotoğraf kitaplığınızı kendiliğinden açmaz, taramaz ve fotoğraflarınızı okumaz. Bu izin metni, uygulamanın içindeki dosya-seçici bileşeninin sistem arayüzlerine bağlı olması nedeniyle Apple tarafından zorunlu tutulur; PDF eklemek için bu izni vermeniz gerekmez.
Erişmediklerimiz: konum, kişi rehberi, kamera, mikrofon, takvim, sağlık verisi.
Verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Uygulamada reklam yok. Üçüncü taraf analitik veya izleme (tracking) SDK'sı kullanmıyoruz — Uygulamanın kullandığı tek üçüncü taraf altyapı Google Firebase'dir. İçeriğinizi yapay zekâ modeli eğitmek için kullanmıyoruz.
Veriler yalnızca hizmeti çalıştırmak için gereken işleyicilerle paylaşılır: Google Firebase (kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı, dosya saklama, bildirim — Google LLC) ve Apple / Google (uygulama dağıtımı ve bildirim iletimi).
Uygulamanın içinde veri şu şekilde görünür: öğretmen kendi öğrencilerinin kayıtlarını görür; veli yalnızca bağlı olduğu öğrencinin kayıtlarını görür; öğrenci kendi kayıtlarını görür. Bir öğrencinin en fazla iki velisi olabilir ve bağ, öğretmenin ürettiği tek kullanımlık bir kodla kurulur.
Verileriniz hesabınız etkin olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı uygulamanın içinden silebilirsiniz: Profilim → Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil. Ekran, silmeden önce tam olarak neyin gideceğini yazar ve parolanızla onay ister.

Net Coach is a study-tracking app for exam preparation, used by teachers to follow their students. The backend runs on Google Firebase. The app has three roles — teacher, student and parent — and each role only sees the records that concern it. The app's interface is in Turkish and serves the Turkish national exam system.
Account: e-mail address and password (handled by Firebase Authentication; we never see the password), name, role. Student record: the student's name, target exam (YKS/LGS), grade, field and subject list — created by the teacher. Study records: subject, topic, duration and day. Homework: PDF files uploaded by the teacher (Firebase Storage) and the student's progress. Practice exams: the exam definition, the student's answers and the server-computed score. The answer key is stored separately and closed; a student can only read it after submitting their own sheet. Notices: short one-way messages from the teacher to the student and/or parent — the recipient cannot write back; their only action is to mark it read. Payment ledger: fee and collection lines the teacher records. The app processes no payments; no card details are requested or stored, and this section is closed to students. Push token: the device notification address, used only to deliver notifications; the app works fully if permission is declined.
Notifications — so you hear about new homework, exams and notices. Declining costs you only the notifications.
Photos/files (asked on iOS only) — when a teacher attaches a PDF, the system file picker opens and shows only PDFs; only the file you choose reaches the app. The app never opens, scans or reads your photo library on its own. This purpose string is required by Apple because of the file-picker component bundled in the app; you do not need to grant it to attach a PDF.
Not accessed: location, contacts, camera, microphone, calendar, health data.
We do not sell your data. There are no ads. We use no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs — the only third-party infrastructure is Google Firebase. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Data is shared only with the processors needed to run the service: Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, messaging — Google LLC) and Apple / Google (app distribution and push delivery). Inside the app, a teacher sees their own students; a parent sees only the student they are linked to; a student sees their own records. A student may have at most two parents, and the link is established with a single-use code issued by the teacher.
Data is kept while the account is active. You can delete your account inside the app: Profilim → Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil. The screen states exactly what will be removed before you confirm, then asks for your password.
What deletion removes depends on the role, deliberately: deleting a teacher permanently removes the student records, study records, homework, exams, answer keys and invite codes that teacher created; deleting a student or parent removes that person's account and unlinks them, while the teacher's own record of the student remains — that record is the teacher's data. If you cannot reach the app, write to info@i-shim.com and we respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live (KVKK, GDPR, CCPA and similar) you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Write to info@i-shim.com.
This app is for exam preparation and explicitly acknowledges that it processes data about minors — an LGS candidate is typically 13-14 years old. A student record is created by the teacher, who is responsible for acting with the knowledge and consent of the student's parent or legal guardian. The app asks for no more than it needs (name, exam, grade, subjects, study and exam records) and does not access location, contacts, camera or microphone, and never opens the photo library on its own (see section 3). There is no advertising and no profiling of children. A parent may view the records of the student they are linked to and may request deletion at any time via info@i-shim.com.
We publish changes on this page and, where material, notify you in the app.
