Net Coach, bir öğretmenin öğrencilerinin sınav hazırlığını (YKS, LGS) takip ettiği bir çalışma-takip uygulamasıdır. Öğretmen ödev ve deneme gönderir, öğrenci çalışır ve işaretler, veli süreci izler.
Bunları açıkça yazıyoruz, çünkü bir uygulamanın ne yapmadığını bilmek en az ne yaptığını bilmek kadar önemlidir:
Uygulamada üç rol vardır. Öğretmen kodsuz kaydolur; öğrenci ve veli uygulamaya yalnızca öğretmenin ürettiği tek kullanımlık davet kodu ile katılır. Bir öğrencinin en fazla iki velisi olabilir.
Hesabınızın ve parolanızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızın izinsiz kullanıldığını düşünüyorsanız derhal info@i-shim.com adresine yazın.
Kendi adınıza doğru bilgi verirsiniz; başkasının kimliğine bürünemezsiniz.
Öğretmen, uygulamada veri oluşturan taraftır ve bu nedenle ek yükümlülükleri vardır:
Uygulamada sakıncalı içeriğe ve kullanıcıları taciz edenlere SIFIR TOLERANS uygulanır; bu tür hesaplar kapatılır. Aşağıdakiler yasaktır:
İhlal bildirimi: info@i-shim.com. Bildirimleri inceler ve gerekli gördüğümüzde içeriği kaldırır, hesabı askıya alır veya kapatırız. Ciddi ihlallerde bu önceden uyarı olmadan yapılabilir.
Yüklediğiniz içerik size aittir. Bize yalnızca hizmeti sunabilmek için gereken ölçüde — içeriği saklamak, hedeflediğiniz öğrenci ve velilere iletmek, uygulamada göstermek — sınırlı bir kullanım izni vermiş olursunuz. Bu izin, hesabınızı veya içeriği sildiğinizde sona erer.
Uygulamanın kendisi, arayüzü, adı ve logosu i-shim'e aittir.
Uygulama şu anda ücretsizdir. İleride ücretli özellikler eklenirse, ücretli hâle gelen bir özelliği kullanmadan önce bu açıkça belirtilir ve onayınız alınır; halihazırda kullandığınız bir özellik sizden habersiz ücretli yapılmaz.
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını taahhüt etmeyiz; bakım, altyapı arızası veya üçüncü taraf servis kesintileri hizmeti geçici olarak durdurabilir.
Verinizin yedeğini almak sizin elinizdedir — önemli bir PDF'in tek kopyasını uygulamada tutmayın. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan ve veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Bu sınır, kasıt veya ağır kusur hâlleri ile tüketici mevzuatının geçerli olarak sınırlandırılamayacağını söylediği hakları etkilemez.
Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz: Profilim → Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil. Silmenin rolünüze göre ne anlama geldiği Gizlilik Politikası'nın 5. bölümünde yazılıdır.
Bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
Koşullar değişirse bu sayfada yayımlarız ve uygulama içinde yeniden onayınızı isteriz — kabul etmeyen kullanıcı uygulamayı kullanmaya devam edemez.
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici sıfatıyla, bulunduğunuz yerdeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkınız saklıdır.

Net Coach is a study-tracking app in which a teacher follows their students' preparation for the Turkish national exams (YKS, LGS). The teacher sends homework and practice exams, the student studies and marks answers, the parent follows along.
Teachers register directly; students and parents can only join with a single-use invite code issued by their teacher. A student may have at most two parents. You are responsible for your password and must not impersonate anyone.
Some students are minors. The teacher must act with the knowledge and consent of the student's parent or legal guardian when creating a record and processing that student's data. The teacher warrants they have the right to upload the PDFs and exam content they upload; do not upload copyrighted material without permission. Liability for uploaded content rests with the uploader.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for users who harass others; such accounts are terminated. Prohibited: unlawful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory or obscene content, or content targeting an individual; attempting to reach another user's data or bypass security; automated abuse, overloading or reverse engineering; using the app to harass a student or parent or to send commercial messages. Report abuse to info@i-shim.com. We review reports and may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts — without prior notice in serious cases.
Your content remains yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to run the service — to store it, deliver it to the students and parents you target, and display it in the app. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account. The app itself, its interface, name and logo belong to i-shim.
The app is currently free. If paid features are introduced, this is stated clearly and your consent obtained before you use such a feature; a feature you already use will not silently become paid.
The service is provided "as is". We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own backups — do not keep the only copy of an important PDF in the app. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss. This does not affect liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may delete your account in the app at any time: Profilim → Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil. What deletion means for each role is set out in section 5 of the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
We publish changes here and ask for your consent again inside the app; a user who does not accept cannot continue using the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your rights to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts where you live are reserved.
